We entered Miami following a holiday in the Bahamas. Apparently INS has an office in the Nassau airport and they gave us grief that we didn\\\\\\\'t go thru INS there. Then the agent realized we had spent 5 days on vacation so Nassau was not really our POE. Took about an hour. They thought I worked for immigration because I knew all the terms! (Thanks Visajourney!) |

POE was easy. Staff were efficient and courteous (if a bit stiff). Had more trouble with security wanting to check ALL my bags after I entered, than with actual immigration control itself! |
