They were very helpful. My wife misplaced her passport on the plane - Delta helped a lot and immigration office was extremely helpful...they appreciate people who follow the law in immigration. Passport was found by Delta on the floor of the plane just as she was going through immigration. |

In and out in less than 15 minutes. Long lines, but tell any CBP officer that you have an immigrant package, they will walk you over the right room bypassing the long line.
I can not say this works all the time, but it worked for my wife.
