My Spouse and I fell into the IR-1 visa status after such a hard journey, so If you are aware of the gifts that comes with IR-1 you would now that we are complete with our journey. (No EAD needed,No AOS ect.)Unless he wants to do citizenship later down the line. |

We went through Miami International Airport. Took several hours to get through checkpoints in immigration. But it was comfortable. There were snack machines and TV. What better time then to relax with your loved one you have waited so long for. We missed our flight but the airport gave us a flight out the next day and accomodated us in a hotel close by with food vouchers. It was all in all a great experience. |
