No problems getting through immigration. The official opened my pack, looked through it and stamped me in. However, after filing the AOS I received an RFE indicating that USCIS had not received my DS-2053 (medical exam, which was in the pack), so get a copy of the medical exam and submit that with the I-485 just in case (it's probably a good idea to get the vacinations transcribed to the I-693 also, just in case -- see the forum threads for civil surgeons willing to do this for $25, as there's a tendency for them to try to charge for the full medical). |

POE at LAX was easy. Not quick. Seemed to take them forever to put that stamp in my passport. They told me to go and get my luggage. So, I did. Then sat around for another 30 minutes and still had plenty of time to make my connection to Tampa. |
