Overall, a very quick, good experience. We were first in line and it took about 15 minutes. The immigration officer asked some questions and looked through our packet. However, going through Customs, the officer was quite rude and inappropriate. She began by asking my fiance if he had any specific types of food with them, because "they" always bring that stuff (referring to people of his country of origin). She continued to interact with us in a way that I found offensive, but luckily it did not last long. |

Immigration officer was very helpful. presented Pass Ports and documents from Embassy. He reviewed all the paperwork and processed the information then said welcome to America after he handed backl all the Pass Ports. |

Waiting about 45 minutes because of some airplanes crews which also were there on checking. No question about nothing.Just checking of documents,receive A number on I-94, but also not get any copy of vaccination records from immigration oficcer. |

went through first immigration fine, think i was the guys first K1/K3 customer in a long time. Went and got baggage - had to enlist help of a porter as had 6 large suitcases 1 boxed bike and 2 small cases for flight. Went to second immigration, was there 5 mins if that, then straight through customs to get to arrivals before my Partner did. Took longer to hire car at dollar which took over an hour to sort. |

Her entry was smooth and the Customs guy even helped her with her bag because the wheels were broken. He escorted her right out to me with a smile and a hand shake. |
