Everyone at the airport were really kind and polite. :) i had read the reviews before my flight and i was so afraid ... But NO! They were all amazing!!! I was waiting in the line and for my passport to be stamped about an hour. |

took him to a separate waiting room and questioned him for over an hour. Fiance said the guy was nice but asked a lot of questions again. threatened to have him deported. and took over an hour to finish, despite my fiance's connecting flight. |

No interview or questions asked, however, they took packet and left her sitting for over 2 hours causing her to miss her connecting flight. Finally got another flight. Total trip from Guatemela to Boston took 15 hours because of the delay . |
