Margarita (daughter Daniela) & John Miami 2008-10-07 No No - High We had a 5 hour layover in Miami, and needed every bit of it. After my passport was stamped, we were sent to an office to wait. Unfortunately, 13 refugees were just in front of us. We waited 2 hours 45 minutes, but once I saw our envelopes in the officer's hand, it was only 10 minutes. After leaving the office, we grabbed our bags, ate lunch, and got to the gate just in time to board our flight. 2009-04-28

Phillicm Paola & Chris Miami 2008-07-31 No Yes - High I had opened the package from the embassy that apparently is supposed to stay closed until you reach the US border. No one at the US embassy in Bolivia let me know that little fact and as a result I spent 4-5 hours getting things straightened out and missed my flight. Some of the workers were nice, others not so much. 2016-10-04
