Arrival was about 12:00 noon; maybe 5 other immigrants, took about 10 minutes max. No questions, took envelope without any comment. Returned passport with I-94 and welcomed to US and wishes all the best! |

Like every U.S. P.O.E. Very Kind and Professional.
If you have a connecting flight Allow yourself atleast 4 hrs as the EWR organization is horrible. Eventhough you just passed customs, you still have to go through security check once you come out of customs and the lines are long. I only wish they had entrance to gate area from the customs so that one does not have to waste time. |

I have travelled twice on my grren card since getting it (Sept to the Bahamas, and Nov to Costa Rica) No problems at all.
I went to Switzerland in Aug 2009, and on my return into Newark they took me back for an Interview. They were HORRIBLE! Kept me there for an hour. Just asked basic questions. Date of my wedding, etc. Then they let me go on my way. (I was with my husband) but they would not let him in the room. |
