Instead of making that person wait he held up the line to ask and process the refugee which caused the rest of the line to miss their flight. They were nice enough to apologize and ensure that everyone got on the next flight but it was an unnecessary inconvenience of the masses for one person. Other than missing my flight and having my fiance waiting at the airport with no way to communicate the change to her, it was a pleasant experience.	2013-08-14

They asked her no questions except her current address. Since I had just moved two days earlier, she did not know the address off the top of her head, so they actually called me to get it.
