I had to wait for 1 hr and the officer who brought me to the TriPod was more than unfriendly. But the other officer at the TriPod was really cool. Like I said the 1 hr waiting time after a 10 hr flight was just not that great.

I called the Atlanta airport to ask if assistance would be available in Spanish, as my fiance does not speak English. She told me that when she arrived at immigration/customs there was no one that worked there that spoke Spanish. They found someone that knew enough to ask her name and age, and they essentially waved her through with little to no communication. She did say that they were friendly, just not very prepared. |
