Repeatedly refused to issue Work Stamp for K1, even saying that they do things differently than JFK does. Said they stopped doing it 3 years ago, I asked what law changed 3 years ago for them to stop, and they just ignored me and said, "Thank you, step this way for your baggage." |

CBP officer took care of us right there and didn't send us "to the back" which had 1.5hr wait since we had 4month old infant. The officer completed entry quickly (15 mins for the 3 of us) and very professional. wish there was a way to send a not to his boss... |
