POE procedures were simple at Chicago. Went thru the lines for US CITIZENS/PERMANENT RESIDENTS. Showed my wife's passport and Yellow envelope and customs declaration form. Immigration Officer put everything in pink folder, told us to collect our baggage and follow to red channel. There was a desk titled "NEW IMMIGRANTS". I gave pink folder with everything to officer. He called my wife over, took her index finger's fingerprint twice and told her to sign twice, stamped the passport and told us to proceed to customs officer. Then we moved to scanner, pur our bags for scanning and left the area....She was officially in US. |

Actually, I had to go through Dublin International Airport and all of the immigration process was done by the border patrol officer there. It was a breeze, however, I would not recommend going through Dublin because it's an extremely crowded and disorganized airport. The flight on AerLingus was pleasant and they do have an outstanding In-Flight Entertainment system. |

Very easy. They did't ask anything unusual. When I got home I noticed my luggage hadn't even been opened! Out of paranoia I didn't put anything illegal there, but turns out they didn't look inside. |

it was quick she was ready to go out of the airport when i got there and that was only 30 minutes after the plane landed |

The POE was extremely professional, right to the point and thorough. No problem at all. Asked relevant questions about where we will live, what my husband do for a living and what I used to do back home. |
