Very smooth and painless. Took less than 10 minutes from the time I got to the booth until I was collecting my luggage. I had never had any problems at OHare so was not really expecting any this time around !! |

No hassle at all, just had to check a couple of things with another officer (one of the forms had changed format) and answer a couple of questions (how did we meet, when is the wedding). Whole POE process took between 5 and 10 minutes. |

Had helped wife with sample white immigration card. When she handed to officer with passport he was impressed. Sent to another officer after stamping passport and had her sign form, give package, and checked luggage through. Only took 1 hr 15 minutes from landing and she came out sooner than some other people that were not immigrating. She was "very comfortable" Note: 10 fingers were done in embassy (electronic) Checked index figure at entry and then took "ink" index finger at entry room separately. Note sure if that is "biometrics" or not 8/1 received /8/11 Notice of Action -Receipt for Package received in Immigration I think. 8/11/11 Welcome Letter |
