I wouldn't say harassment, just not mindful of the people waiting. After traveling for 25 hours and waiting in line for 2 hours, my now husband was sick and he was extremely tired and the officer started asking him a bunch of questions like, "Do you know who petitioned you?" and my husband finally just told him how sick and physically tired he was after traveling so long and the officer said sorry and let him go. He was one of the last people out of customs at that time and arrived on Thanksgiving Day. |
