An employee of the Ambassador Bridge directed us to the commercial truck side of customs/immigration (because we were in a SMALL U-Haul truck. The immigration officer on that side was a little confused but ended up calling someone from the "people" side of the bridge over to process my paperwork. They were all very courteous and professional (and joked a little with us). Apart from the delays because of being sent to the wrong area, processing took about 15 minutes. |
