I guess the harrassment was a little bit because our 129F expired on November 20 and our interview was on Dec 4. It took him a little extra time and he missed his connecting flight but everything was good in the end. |

Although I say no harassment there is no doubt the border guards were on the rude side of things. Although I appreciate they may need to be rude to some people considering their job is based on being suspicious of everyone, but I thought they went overboard with everyone I witnessed them deal with in the hour it took them to process my visa and possessions. |

Immigration officer at the POE are very nice to us when I got there. The African American Lady who interviewed me she's really nice and helpful. Thank you so much for being accomodating.But she forgot to take my visa packet, I jut mailed it to NBC anyway. |

The officer had never done a K-1 before and grilled me endlessly on questions about my relationship that should have been reserved for the Consular Officer who approved my case.
A K-1 with an unexpired I-94 = EAD. Check document in SSN guide for proof. |
