We met her plane on time. Many others emerged from immigration, and the lobby gradually emptied. 4 hours later she emerged! The officer did not have time to look through her packet from our Embassy, so he had her wait until all other non-US passengers were processed! |

Everything seemed to be going okay until after we went through Border Patrol. They took Andrey into an office and made me wait outside without telling either of us what was going on. I waited for 4 hours not knowing what was happening when he finally came out. He said there were a lot of people inside and most of that time was him waiting. Once he was called, he was talked to by a lady for all of 2 minutes and then he could leave. Our flight had landed at 7:30pm so we didn't get out of that airport until nearly midnight. Absolutely ridiculous. |
