Wife had no problem with either Customs or Immigration. As a matter of fact, it only took her about 25 minutes to clear both. JFK was a breeze and were very polite. |

Flew from Dublin to JFK and cleared Immigration in Dublin, so no EAD :( Also the queue was enormous and their computers were crashing so it took a while. |

POE Officer was very friendly and even joked with my two young children. Then we were shown to a separate room where we sat for a couple of minutes whilst they entered information and stamped my passport with a temp EAD after which we were told we were free to go. |

Immigration was extremely easy. No interview. Simple screening and he was on his way in less than 1 hour. He did NOT receive a paper I-94 or the Temp Work Authorization. I-94 found online /done electronically now. |
