Overall OK. The room was quite dirty. I waited around 15 minutes. Someone took my finger print, stamped my passport, and free I was. |

We had a change of address from the one on the original filing on the I-130, although I would not say it was anything near harrasment the immigration officers did question Tamer again as to when he met his wife and made sure he knew the new address along with the general questions they normally ask during the entry interview. All in all it was an easy entry through a busy POE. |

Fairly smooth and painless, although the entry officer did temporarily take her through the waiting area where those being refused entry were held which caused a bit of anxiety. |

Didn't like the guy at POE- very distant and cold. Anyway, maybe he was having a bad day. After all, it was JFK New York. Oh and Delta delayed my flight so I had to be put up in a hotel and leave the next day. My husband wasn't happy about that...neither was I. We're together now though and that's all that counts :) |

The lady at the POE told us that I-94 apparently is not needed anymore (hence why we didn't receive one in the plane.) However, if requested, the information can now be completed online: www.cbp.gov/I94 (which I plan on doing for the AOS paperwork) |
