When it was my fiance's turn, they saw his unopened package and ask him to go to a separate room to wait. He said there were many people there looking scared and strange. He waited 2 hours, almost fell asleep, until an officer woke him up for his package, they tossed it with other packages, stamped his passport and let him go. So it was more annoying to wait 2 hours for a 5 minutes review than it was harassment. Good thing we decided to go with a 6 hour layover!	2021-03-24

ALISTAIR & KARLA	Fort Lauderdale	2014-06-23	No	Yes	- High	Went to the desk gave documents and the officer took my fiance back to an office where he was asked to wait which was only about 10 minutes then a female officer called him up to a counter and she asked him when was he getting married and then told him congratulations and that she wished him all the best and that she hoped everything worked out. She was very pleasant and professional as were the other officers that were around while he was waiting. This place deserves a 5++++ stars.	2018-10-05
Mayra & Francis	Fort Lauderdale	2014-08-13	Yes,Passport Stamp	Yes	- High	these guys were much less professional then the staff at the Embassy, we were in the office at 515 am - only one or two other people coming and goind- we waited like 20 minutes and the whole time all they did was bitch about some boss and a missing stamp and not getting the intern to help them out -- as far as processing the paperwork I asked about SS card he said go to the office (I did) - and he offered a 6 month waiting time on the green card which I pretty much know is a very Looooong estimate- more like 6 weeks - but under promise and over deliver with a HUGE buffer prevents any .... questions I guess.	2014-08-15
