LAX, the agent didn't know anything about the K-3 visa, he gave all the documents back to my husband, my husband had to tell him what to do with the package, the agent then called his supervisor and in front of my husband the supervisor trained the agent in how this type of visa needed to be processed. LOL.. Thanks to VJ I was able to give the right instructions in advance to my husband; he knew what he'll go through at the airport. |

Overall all the process of obtaining the visa was painless/easy, only the waiting it was long.
The whole process took 474 days (aprox 15 months or a year and a half) |

FOUR long hours waiting for TK to make it out of immigration. Finally she appeared from behind the doors:) According to her, everone was nice and courteous...just busy. They only asked her "when are you going to get married?" Easy enough...
Besides the terribly long wait...no complaints:) |

Would only give 90day EAD to K1 Spouse not to K2 daughter of spouse for work. Otherwise, very smooth. |
