Jorge had an 8 hour layover in Fort Lauderdale before taking his connecting flight to Washington, DC. I was really nervous he was going to get lost or something was going to happen but everything was fine. He said everyone in the airport spoke Spanish and were very nice. |

Very polite people. No problems for my wife. I was with her during the POE process. It took about 20 minutes. Officers were friendly to her. |
