Then we were directed to secondary interview area. There were lots of people standing and sitting down but they provided us drinks and a snack. The first guy looked at her passport with visa, then asked for another officer who then took her over to another room, asked a couple of questions, reviewed her envelope and he even helped her bags and directions to customs to be cleared and catch the connecting flight.	2010-01-11
