No problems, very friendly. Came in with baby and they even told me like 10 times that there wont be no problems with our case and I'll be done in a few mins and that was the truth. Perfect! |

It was a 4 hour wait for a 4 minute process. That was sooooooo frustrating. It was also freezing. A lot of people missed their connecting flights, so don't book them close together. Give yourself at minimum a 5 hour layover at JFK cause they do not expedite you if you have a connecting flight. They kept telling people, you'll just have to get on the next available flight. We stood in line to see an immigration/customs agent at the booth. They took biometrics, checked the passport and visa and then sent us to a room to wait to see another agent. This agent asked how long he planned to stay, then told him to get married within 90 days, stamped his passport in and attached the temporary EAD card to the passport. Then we went on our way. |
