The officer forgot to give her the I-94. We had to go back the following week to the same POE to get it. Good thing we lived 1h away from Boston--otherwise, they said we'd have to fly back in order to get it! |

went through first immigration fine, think i was the guys first K1/K3 customer in a long time. Went and got baggage - had to enlist help of a porter as had 6 large suitcases 1 boxed bike and 2 small cases for flight. Went to second immigration, was there 5 mins if that, then straight through customs to get to arrivals before my Partner did. Took longer to hire car at dollar which took over an hour to sort. |

They didn't ask her one question. The only stressful issue was when they opened the brown envelope she was looking over the counter and they asked her to step back (the officer was training another officer). turns out because of her previous TB and scar on her lung, she has to have a physical at a local doctor specified by the USCIS. which puts a damper on our honeymoon plans |

Arrived JFK T4, the visa procedure on arrival after clearing initial immigration desk is a little confusing - no one (including me) knew which desk to go to. The process once at the right desk was simple - no questions just a few minutes wait and then told everything was okay and I had my 90 day employment stamp. |
