I entered there I was told by the USA immigration Officer there that because my K1 Visa petition had expired in May 2009 (although the K1 visa was approved in April 2009), I was illegally entering the USA and; my file would be forward to CIS immediately who may not approve my AOS because of this. The officer also cited some personal motives and stated that I should immediately marry to avoid this??? This I find strange but then again I'm happy to be with my USC SO.	2015-11-28
