Application packet returned on 05/12 due to incorrect fee of money order (correct fee $590 without dependents). Application packet resubmitted on 05/14 and NOA letter received less than two weeks.
07/05 called USCIS and got a request service for not receiving the biometrics appointment letter for over 45 days of the first NOA date. 7/18 received USCIS reply in email and finally got the ASC letter on 08/05 to schedule my biometrics appointment on 8/18.

The NOA stated that residency was extended by 1 year. I also traveled internationally twice with the NOA letter and the greencard without problems while waiting for approval for lifting of conditions. Approval was given finally on 1/9/2017, without any request for additional information or interview. |
