October 14 2018: notification that case has been transferred to a new office on Oct 10, this new office now has jurisdiction.
October 15 2018: Notice received in mail, preliminary review has been completed, case has been transferred to Texas Service Center.
November 19 2018: Notification received that my new card is being produced.
