Was told that needed to be within a month of expiration of Extension Letter. 2018-08-09: 2nd InfoPass appointment to get passport stamped. They kept expired Resident Card and returned stamped passport with extension letter. 2018-08-13: Received 2nd Extension letter, explaining that due to delay they are sending a extension of an additional 18 months to the expired Resident Card. 2018-11-02: 10-year resident card received in the mail. 2021-04-23
