Out of the blue, USCIS sent a notification that our case was approved, received the green card 3 days later! Shocked, elated, astonished at this turn of events! No biometrics, no interview, just a 10 year green card. Thank you USCIS! Happened a year sooner than we thought. |

Filing sent to Phoenix. NOA letter provided 18-month extension to current conditional residency card. Exactly one month from sending I-751 pacakge via UPS to reciept of NOA. Received a second NOA dated 5/5/21 indicating existing biometrics/fingerprints would reused. On 8/17 the I-751 was approved without an interview, and 8/19 the new 10-year green card issued. |
