Tracking number that was given to me by the USCIS shows that my combo card was out for delivery on May 13 but was never delivered or signed for. Tried to file a complaint and investigation with the postal office with no results. They ensured me they would look into whether or not it was returned to sender but they have not been able to locate the card. I also contacted the the USCIS and opened a service request for them to see if the card was retured to them and they never responded to me in the time frame they promised or mailed me the letter they promised me to inform me of the progress of this service. I called back after the date they gave me to look into this matter and was transferred multiple times to higher up representatives. Finally, one woman continue to aggressively yell at me on the phone and inform me that it was the post offices fault and they will not send me a new card, I will have to re apply and pay all of the fees all over again, and then she hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking. I have since initiated contact with my local congressmen/women to try to resolve this issue.	2018-12-07
