8/11 - Contacted local congresswoman (Nancy Pelosi and asked for help to check on the status)
8/13 - Raised SR request #2
8/15 - Received response to SR#1 that case was still within processing time due to the RFIE received on my AOS on 5/31 / Received Response 6/8.
8/16 - USCIS notified to my Congresswoman's office that our I-765 & I-131 applications would be expedited and we would receive a response within 5 days and then, if approved, the card within 5-10 days
8/17 - Received email notification that I-765 card was move to production!! |
