Called for Expedite request on August 23, reason: H1B expired on August 17, financial lost for myself and my company - small company, case assigned on August 27
Faxed docs on August 31
Case assigned on September 6th
Congressman involved October 1 to follow up, said Case is under reviewed.
October 11th, Called Customer service L2 officer, put on service request to check status but they did it as a expedite request, received email request to fax evidence (again?) on October 15th.
Asked Congressman office to submit evidence to USCIS. They did on Oct 17, and case updated to be routed to expedite, etc.
