As I had no response to this request, I put in a service request to expedite my case due to financial hardship. Again I had no response within the deadlines set, so I sent an email to USCIS HQ after the 90 day period stating that not only had the 90 timeframe pass without any communications received but to also state that 2 service requests I submitted also did not get responded to.
