-Original biometric appointment date was 08/05/25. We needed to reschedule and chose 07/21/25.
-We saw on P's online account that the NOA was generated and sent on 07/14/25. We received it in the mail on .
-P had an online USCIS account from previous visa applications and included that number in P's EAD application, which sped things up significantly. We were able to check case progress online and got everything finished before we even received the first paper NOA in the mail.
-P had an active EAD of a different class at the time of approval. |

We sent our paperwork to California and it was sent back to us within a couple of weeks. It stated that we needed to send it to the Phoenix office.
We got an RFE for the I-765 due to not submitting the 2024 tax return. |
