At 2nd Infopass, talked to someone in Missouri on the phone, found out that AP was never printed there and never sent out. He overnighted a new AP to me via DHL. 2 weeks later, receive another AP (original one) in the mail...5 weeks after the date that it was supposed to have been sent out...	2006-07-02

The package included a letter from my employer and copies of my AOS, EAD and AP receipts, as well as my letter requesting the expedite AP. Also sent emails to the Pittsburgh DO, and called the USCIS information line. I dont really know what worked... must have been a combination of it all. EAD not approved yet	2006-08-22

Gave me a case number and said they were looking into it. March 20th 2006, need AP by this time next month at the latest, so have an appointment at the local office to check the status of the application and see if we can get an emergency one issued. Emergency AP approved Friday 24th March 2006, collected from local office Tuesday March 28th. 31st March 2006: Regular AP received in mail without any approval notice or online case status update.
