My mum has been operated and i need to go back to my country, had the right papers: letter of the doctor stating its an emergency...They said they ll email the NBC to expedite, still waiting. Update on the website just putting the date of 06-13-2007, I guess it is on the mail. Obtained finally an emergency advance parole at the infopass with the 4th appoitment the 12-06-2007, insisting and most likely showing my airplane ticket was in 1 1/2 days changed everything, had to repay 170$ and give 2 identical passport photos, and it was issued 40 minutes after (time spent at the office 4 hours).
