I call the EMMA from USCIS just try to expedite my EAD I have no expectations at all. So a month after they approved my expedited case and send the card it’s combo card EAD/AP as well.
Timeline:
Fri - 03/11 - sending 3 ( AOS, EAD, AP ) tru FEDEX
Mon - 03/14 - received by USCIS (3 days after)
Thur - 03/17 - received text messages that they received my 3 packets
Fri - 03/18 - biometric scheduled was made
Mon - 03/21 - received 3 mails receipt from 3
Thur - 03/24 - received mail for USCIS Account Access
Thur - 03/30 - notification on my USCIS Account for Request for Evidence for Affidavit Of Support (I-864) in my Adjustment of Status
Thur - 3/30 - upload the completed form I-864 on the USCIS Account but did not uploaded the Supporting Documents so I decided to mail it the hard copies
Fri - 03/31 - Send the RFE packet to Missouri
Sat - 04/02 - RFE Mail letter came
Tue - 12/13 - Card Being Produced
Mon - 12/19 - Combo Card Received
Fri - 12/23 - The Notice of Approval of my EAD came and the Card is COMBO CARD (EAD&AP)
Tue - 12/27 -SSN card received married name already.

It took us 28 days to get an approval, we called Congressman's office and it's not easy asking for an update. I'm glad how everything work out and VJ ideas here helped and guide us too. |
