The IO appeared stern when he called us in but he was very nice to us and we laughed a few times. He asked me very few questions other than the Yes/No questions of the I-485 form. The IO could not believe that the I-130 wasn't in his file and he couldn't approve my AOS because of that. The I-130 was not transferred to the NYC field office from Nebraska as we had instructed them to do on our AOS cover letter. The IO has requested the file so we need to wait until it's transferred and reviewed before they will approve the AOS.	2014-06-26
