Having no knowledge of the contents and it being difficult to communicate what medical records had been included I opted to wait for the I-485 interview to see what additional medical info, exam, vaccinations would be needed. At interview, approval was pending upon submission of Supplemental Medical Exam and vaccinations (due 30 days). $200 for rush translation of med. records and $170 for the transfer, exam/vaccination at civil surgeon.	2012-11-12
