We did hire a attorney do do this part of immigrations. I am immigration paper tired out. There is one thing everyone should know. You do not have to pay for EAD. That is covered in your I-485. So a RFE was issued and we immediately got a duplicate and mailed it with a guaranteed delivery from the local post office. Make sure, you get duplicates from the local office instead of running at the last minute to the marriage office. Go to your local office and inquire about the status (make an appointment online); it is important. Once we went to the local office, they corrected a minor mistake and within a week, everything started happening!	2008-12-31
