We submitted the DS3025 and a letter explaining that we completed the medical exam abroad, but they RFEd this anyway. We paid $100 locally for a Civil Surgeon to sign the partial I693. Interviewed by a very kind officer at Portland together with an interpreter. First portion of interview was asking identification questions of beneficiary. Beneficiary did not remember Zip code or her phone number, but able to answer other questions. Most of the interview were the inadmissibility questions. Last portion was asking what plans we have together, names of relatives, timeline of our relationship. Officer asked me if I had any additional document to offer and I explained we uploaded a number of new documents to the portal, she was delighted to hear this and said she wised more people would do this ahead of their interview instead of brining a bunch of documents to scan.
