SR placed but not even an acknowledgement let alone a response. Contacted USCIS Ombudsmen on the 36th day of waiting from initial RFE issuance. The ombudsmen office agreed to help for two main reasons, (1) the down-stream effects on the processing of my EAD/AP and (2) due to the sporadic nature of the status updates I was receiving from USCIS it was clear that there was something not quite right. The Ombudsmen contacted USCIS on February 18 and on that same day USCIS issued a new RFE dated February 15, 2013. I received this RFE on February 20th and replied February 22. Note my case is being handled at the National Benefits Center, Lee's Summit MO. Received mt Greencard without interview and without receiving the interview waiver letter. August 21st began to receive the first wave of Card production/ decision emails. August 29th I received the tracking number. September 2, I received the card.	2014-09-03
