We brought our kid (born shortly before we got married). During interview, Officer wanted to get income support papers updated, so I had to provide my 2020 taxes that were filed with an extension (filing was delayed since my wife needed an ITIN). I also provided both of our health insurance cards to show we were on the same insurance plan. Interview ended with the officer giving us a piece of paper explaining "Notice of Interview Results", so it was not approved on the spot. The stated reason was that they were going to review the evidence submitted. 10-06-2021 Status changed to approval. I was periodically refreshing USCIS website with my case #. 10-12-2021 Not sure if this was the exact date, but the status changed again to new card being produced. 10-14-2021 US Postal Service Informed Delivery gave me notice that I was being sent something from USCIS.
