This is extremely frustrating due to the fact USCIS, CBP, etc. has this information in their computer systems already! I was told that the sealed packet containing official copy of birth certificate translated in English @ POE ATL airport was processed and submitted to USCIS. We received an update from USCIS on September 15, 2016; "we certified the approval of you Form I-485 and sent it to the appropriate appellate office.
