The sponsor has had a job for a couple of months that makes well above the threshold. However tax transcripts show past years'revenue well below the threshold (the sponsor was a student at that time). We did not expect a RFE on this as we understand that strictly speaking USCIS should assess only based on the current salary, not the past years'income. However here they may not have been comfortable with this new job being so recent. We therefore included I-864 and supporting doc (W2, 1040, schedules, citizenship evidence) from a joint sponsor with a stronger financial situation.	2016-09-30
