We went about an hour early to the field office, checked in, and waited, after approximately 50 minutes we were called, the officer looked like a nice guy, we followed him to the office, sworn, and then he started checking the documents. He asked for my wife's ID and my passport, checked them then asked my wife about the address and all so she gave him a bunch of documents that made copies of for the interview. After that he asked me for the medical form since I didn't submit it, he checked the vaccines and all on that form, then he asked us where we met and what we do, how long have we been together, what are our plans for the future, it didn't feel like an interview it was more like a casual conversation and he was a funny guy. He was typing on the computer every now and then and taking notes often, after that he asked me the mandatory questions, typed more into the computer then he told us congrats everything is approved so we thanked him and left. I checked the tracking app a few minutes after that and it said "card being produced". | 2022-04-09 | |||

We received a phone call not to come to the interview however the USCIS website did not show any changes. We called in to USCIS general help line and they recommended to go anyway since the status had not changed in our original appointment was still showing as valid.
