We scanned my husband's passport again; and - Marriage Certificate (already submitted, but we think that maybe the seal was not that visible). We requested another hardcopy of the document, scanned and sent through the USCIS account with an additional digital marriage license, just in case. We submitted the RFE documents the next day after my biometrics (2022-04-07). The biometrics were super fast and it took maybe 10 minutes or less. My husband couldn't go inside with me. A lady behind a desk got my letter and passport and wrote some information on my letter. Then another lady came in, got my passport and letter and asked me to follow her to another room. There she took a picture of me, collected my fingerprints, typed up some information on the computer and that was all. | 2023-01-08 |
