Returned via online portal and received biometrics email on 9/13. Initial I-485 Denied on Sole Basis of improper I-864 from Sponsor and Co-Sponsor (I had the wrong edition as they just updated the month they sent the RFE). Filed Form I-290B Motion to Reopen Case with the properly [redone from scratch and by hand this time since the online form filler was deleting information] filled out and submitted I-864s with a letter explaining the unintended negligence. Fingers crossed they accept the Motion and continue processing the I-485. I-290B approved, interview date set for I-485 on 2025-08-28 I-485 Approved!!!!!!!! Awaiting Green Card. | 2025-08-29 | |||
