Of course the 6 month notice is way passed & still waiting... Did 3 service requests so far, the first was never answered. The second request was done on November 7th, on Nov 24th they emailed me saying to continue to wait. The 3rd request I submitted was ons Dec 26th & on January 12th they emailed me back saying that I'm doing a wonderful job waiting and to keep it up! But I'm still optimistic that something is going to happen this month... Hopefully	2015-01-13
