10am arrival-
Was sent to a special line for Visa holders. There were only 5 ppl in front of me. Got to the window in about 3 min and told the BP officer I was entering with a K1. He took my finger prints and photo, collected my documents and walked me to secondary screening.
There were three booths there with agents and three ppl waiting in the room for inspection. I waited about 7 minutes and was called to the window. I tried to spy what was in my yellow packet but the only thing I did see was my fiancé's letter of intent.
They did not ask me for any other documentation. The agent simply asked me when the wedding was, stamped my passport and sent me off.
Took about 15 minutes max.

This morning I had my POE at Toronto Int'l airport (YYZ) and it was the EASIEST thing about this process. I highly recommend YYZ if your traveling through Terminal 1. Terminal 3 is a madhouse and super disorganized.
I got to the airport around 4:20am (8:05am flight) and it was busy, but I got through security no problem. I do have NEXUS so that makes the process easier. If you don't have NEXUS, I'd recommend getting to the airport early….
The first officer I spoke with was really nice. He took my sealed package, passport, boarding pass, and took my fingerprints. He kept on joking with me saying"are you sure you don't want to open this? Come on just open this". I was like "NO WAY I waited to long for this!!" He walked me to secondary and gave my documentation to another officer.
I was lucky that I only had one family in front of me at secondary, I probably walked for 5 minutes. The second officer called me up and asked a few basic questions, and we talked about how many K1 visas they process here (its a lot). Within 2-3 minutes I was done, no additional documentation was required.
Goodluck to all!!

We had no idea that we would be processed in Toronto, as we were just passing through from the UK on the way to Phoenix. But after the initial surprise, we were dismayed to be taken into a room and told to wait. We were waiting two hours, not knowing why, while others in the room were slowly processed by two officers who did not appear to be concerned by the growing number of folks waiting. Eventually we were called to the counter and given our passports after the usual warnings and questions. We were lucky to have arrived at the airport with 4 hours to spare before the flight because after all the queuing and waiting we were close to departure time when we got the gate.
Although we were not mistreated directly, officials were friendly enough, there was no communication about why we were being held, and no information about how long we would be held for.
Then when we got to the gate we were treated to the spectacle of a fat guy in civilian clothes bursting through the gate agents towards the plane, and when he was challenged by the gate attendant, he turned around and shouted "I AM US CUSTOMS -- I CAN GO WHERE I PLEASE!" apparently failing to realise that Canada was not a State of the Union! Then he revealed his hidden US Customs badge from under his straining shirt and lumbered on. Trump would be proud!
All in all, not a happy experience...

Entered with Advance Parole based on pending I-485. Was sent into secondary with yellow folder, waiting twenty minutes, then was called up to the counter and told I was good to go.

The guys at the airport had no idea on how to process my k1 visa.
The first officer opened the package, WHICH HE SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE, and kept asking his colleague for direction.
After this initial process, where they stamped my passport with the k1 visa date, I got transferred to another immigration officer, who complained to me about the package being opened.
He kept my original birth certificate, which he shouldn't have needed to, and had me waiting for a good half of an hour.
The process was OK I guess, but it wasn't pleasant.
